My name is Leslie King, and I’m the founder of Pretty & Spiritual. This space was created to uplift women and young girls by providing free access to resources in personal development, business education, financial literacy, and spiritual transformation.

Our mission is to help individuals reconnect with their inner power and purpose through self-love, discipline, accountability, and intentional growth—whether that means healing emotional wounds, launching a business, managing money, or deepening your spiritual practice.

I bring to this work my experience as a Certified Usui Reiki Healer trained in the lineage of Hawayo Takata under Reiki Master Melissa Crowhurst. I am also a Breathwork Teacher, Certified Aura Healer, Yin Yoga Instructor, and Meditation Practitioner.
