Pranayama, commonly known as breathwork, is a guided meditative practice centered on conscious breathing to regulate the body’s life force energy. This one-on-one session is designed to support emotional clarity, nervous system balance, and overall well-being through intentional breath awareness.
Each session begins with a brief consultation to identify areas of your life where you are seeking healing, grounding, or greater clarity. Based on your needs, we will select a breathwork approach tailored specifically for you. Available practices include:
