I'm Leslie, the founder of Pretty & Spiritual, a personal development and spiritual growth organization dedicated to supporting women and young adults in building purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling lives.

With a background in educational leadership, professional development, and personal growth, I bring a structured, thoughtful approach to transformation. My work centers on the belief that lasting success is rooted in community, self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and spiritual alignment. Pretty & Spiritual was established to provide a safe space where women and young women can grow with intention, clarity, and purpose free of judgment.

Through our book club, mentorship programs, and guided development experiences, we serve women of all ages who are seeking to strengthen and grow in the fields of: finance, business, personal development and spirituality . Our programs are designed to foster confidence, resilience, and meaningful connection through sisterhood, education, disciplined self-reflection, and spiritual grounding.
